Creative leader responsible for creating and sustaining marketing campaigns to drive awareness and revenue. Incumbent will create integrated marketing plans for targeted audiences and manage programs to generate leads and revenue. Communicating consistently with PolyVision sales teams and channel partners, the candidate is responsible for creating and executing all communication tactics to obtain, foster and convert leads to purchasers. Once purchasing happens, the candidate is responsible for nurturing leads and creating consistent communications to maintain and build buy-in and trust.

Primary Responsibilities:

Campaign Innovation
• Seek out customer insights and develop creative campaigns to foster lead generation and conversion.
• Create a marketing campaign plan to include monthly, quarterly and annual goals for lead generation and conversion. Marketing campaign plan includes all channels for communications and delivery of campaign messaging.
• Foster relationships with sales team and reseller channel partners, facilitate and set goals for ongoing campaigns to meet regional and national sales targets.
• Mine and evaluate lead generation tactics, including event strategy, promotions, web and social media channels.
• Navigate Salesforce.com to run reports, analyze trends and create innovative messages to reach each target market. Monitor frequency and reach to ensure customers receive appropriate amount of communication.
• Manage lead generation projects for all events, including giveaway strategy, promotions and messaging. Works collaboratively with Brand Innovation Manager to ensure events are delivered on time, on budget and with appropriate messaging / lead generation tactics.
• Nurture existing customers with thoughtful upselling campaigns delivered through creative channels.
• Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly plans for proactively communicating to sales and partner channels.
• Work directly with Office of Pricing to develop timely promotions and execute ongoing communications to consistently reiterate promotional content in a thoughtful manner.
• Maintain Reseller Toolbox, SnapShot Newsletter and MyTools with timely, accurate information to drive action from sales and channel partners
• Monitor ROI against all campaign and promotion activities. Report on marketing campaign tactics on a monthly basis.

Project Management
• Optimize data from Salesforce.com, PolyVision.com and all channels to generate leads.
• Create an event strategy plan to capture leads and communicate pre- and post-show.
• Manage all communication efforts for sales projects, reseller channel projects and maintain a project plan for all ongoing activities.
• Create a marketing plan to include campaign generation dates / activities. including promotion timelines, target audiences and metrics for ROI.
• Develop and support “contact-on-demand” campaigns.

Internal and External Communications
• Provide ongoing communications through web, newsletter and other vehicles to sales, channel partners and existing customers.
• Manage and be adept in Exact Target, Reseller Toolbox, SnapShot and Salesforce.
• Provide leadership and tools to sales and channel teams on lead generation, messaging and tactics for ongoing success.
• Create and lead execution of market segment communications, build campaign strategy around surfaces and technology business.
• Provide monthly analytics regarding communication tactics, including e-blasts, microsites and campaigns.
• Lead campaign communication and social media efforts at PolyVision including facebook, Twitter, blog relationships, SnapShot and LinkedIn strategy.
• Determine strategy for sales and channel communication and guide best practices.

Results Tracking and Reporting
• Collaborate with all marketing managers to build communication plans to ensure brand consistency and strategy extends to all marketing efforts.
• Manage program performance and track implications for future program development:
- Determine key metrics that are important to specific initiatives
- Track results generated by initiatives
- Develop reports on monthly basis
• Analyze database information and make informative and creative plans based on needs

Copywriting
• Develop communication and collaboration solutions for the corporate and education environments. Develop value propositions and translate that information into compelling benefit-driven content.

Status Reports and Research
• Maintain weekly marketing project and task log. Monitor Sync, Reseller Toolbox and industry RSS feeds to determine relevance to PolyVision.
• Maintain database of leads and campaigns. Evaluate and report on ROI to campaigns/projects on a monthly basis.
• Monitor industry reports / media and communicate relevance to internal team.
• Research market developments and distribute findings/recommendations to key stakeholders (i.e., marketing strategy, tradeshow activities, media placements, etc.)
• Capture monthly report data from sales teams to incorporate into marketing communications.

Experience and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, English or communications.
2. Five-seven years’ experience in advertising, communications, or marketing-related field within an agency or corporate marketing environment.
3. Minimum of two years project management experience.
4. Well-rounded B2B and B2C brand and product marketing background within an international manufacturing or advertising agency organization.
5. Solid knowledge of Salesforce.com, web and database marketing.
6. Excellent copywriting skills.
7. Strong presentation skills and ability to think strategically and develop recommendations in a concise manner.
8. International marketing experience desirable.

Incumbent is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of PolyVision technology products.   The Education Consultant works directly with the Regional Sales Manager and Territory Managers to communicate and perform follow-up activities with end-user customers of PolyVision products.

Creative product communications manager responsible for creating and managing product marketing plans for all technology and surfaces solutions offered by PolyVision. This dynamic and motivated communicator will be responsible for defining the communications strategy for each PolyVision solution, as well as managing the individual tactics to introduce, maintain and nurture solutions within the target markets. Working with the Product Managers and Marketing Communication teams, this candidate will be responsible for all facets of product launch communications, including strategy and timeline and must have a thorough understanding of the education technology market place and future direction.

Primary Responsibilities:

Product Launch
• Seeks out customer insights and develops creative strategies to introduce new solutions.
• Develops a brand strategy around the current and future PolyVision solutions to including naming, positioning and messaging tactics.
• Develops integrated sales training tools to include positioning, modeling and appropriate channel extensions.
• Responsible for developing content pertaining to product launches, to include testimonials, video stories and social media communications to support the launches.
• Manages all media purchasing and tactics surrounding product launches, including negotiation with agencies, magazines and web channels.

Product Communications
• Ability to navigate education and surfaces markets to analyze trends and create innovative messages to reach each target market. Researches and stays abreast of changes in markets to maintain forward thinking strategy.
• Work in a global cross functional team with product management, engineering, public relations and marketing communications through product lifecycle to understand and develop customer insights into compelling touchpoints.
