IMAGE CAPTURING SYSTEM
PART 1 GENERAL

1.03 SUBMITTALS
A. Shop Drawings: From approved manufacturer for each Image Capturing
System required. Include plan view locations, elevations, installation
details, and accessories.
B. Product Data: Submit manufacturer’s technical data, product
specifications, installation instructions, and other pertinent information
as applicable for each product or material specified.
C. Operating and Maintenance instructions for each product.
D. Samples of Manufacturer’s standard and extended Warranties.
1.04 QUALITY ASSURANCE
A. Single Source Responsibility: Obtain all materials from one source,
from a single approved manufacturer for each different product required.
B. All materials are to be installed by an authorized representative
of the manufacturer.
C. Certification: CE, FCC, Bluetooth Certified
1.05 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING
A. Take care in handling products in accordance with manufacturer’s
instructions.
B. Store inside in original undamaged packaging, in a well-ventilated
area protected from weather, moisture, soiling, extreme temperatures,
and humidity. Store products in secure, protected area. Verify with
manufacturer that site conditions are acceptable before receiving material.
1.06 WARRANTY
A. Manufacturer’s standard one-year limited warranty.
B. Provide information on available extended warranties.
PART 2 PRODUCTS
2.01 MANUFACTURERS
Required items shall be CopyCamTM Pro Image Capturing System by PolyVision
Corporation Norcross GA. Other manufacturers will be considered, providing
equipment meets or exceeds the quality specified, and they can provide
equipment of the type, size, and function required.
2.02 IMAGE CAPTURING SYSTEM
A. Digital color image capturing system capable of working with any
existing or new whiteboard or chalkboard. No computer needed. No software
required.
B. CopyCamTM Pro, model 80, wall mounted system includes: camera arm:
38” length weighing 3.5 lbs., control box: 8.25” wide x
7.25” high x 2” deep, weighing 1 lbs., and wireless, color
printer.
1. Compatible with any computer with a web browser: WindowsÒ,
MacintoshÒ, or Linux, etc.
2. File Export Format: PNG (.png)
3. Information is saved to the board’s web browser, floppy drive,
or printed at the push of a button. Saved images are accessible via
the user’s intranet and transferred from the board’s web
browser to a personal computer for permanent storage, e-mail, fax,
printing or uploading to the world-wide web.

PART 3 – EXECUTION
3.01 EXAMINATION
A. Examine room conditions and wall surfaces to assure they are in
compliance with requirements and other conditions affecting installation
and operation of image capturing systems. Do not proceed with installation
until unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected.
3.02 INSTALLATION
A. Install units in locations and at mounting heights indicated and
according to manufacturer’s written instructions. Provide all
accessories necessary for a complete installation.
3.03 ADJUSTING AND CLEANING
A. Verify that accessories required for each unit have been properly
installed.
B. Clean units according to manufacturer’s written instructions.
