POLYVISION & ADP LEMCO ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC ALLIANCE

Partnership of Two Companies Provides Best-of-Class Service to Customers

Atlanta – (Apr. 27, 2004) – PolyVision Corporation, the worldwide leader in visual communication products and a Steelcase (NYSE: SCS) Company, today announced a new strategic alliance with ADP Lemco, Inc., a West Jordan, Utah-based manufacturer and supplier of visual display products.
Under this agreement, PolyVision will be the exclusive manufacturing agent for all Lemco (the visual display division of ADP Lemco) products, including marker, chalk, and tack boards, and other specialty products. PolyVision will also exclusively manage the construction bidding process for Lemco. ADP Lemco will maintain installation, customer service, and order entry processes. All products will continue to be branded under the Lemco name.

The strategic partnership of PolyVision and ADP Lemco allow the PolyVision to leverage their existing bid center process and will increase their market coverage and sales representation in Lemco’s service area, which includes Colorado, Nevada, Southern Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming.
