COLLEGENET ANNOUNCES INTEGRATION WITH POLYVISION’S ROOMWIZARD™
R25 event scheduling software communicates with RoomWizard electronic signage and scheduling product

Portland, Oregon – CollegeNET, Inc. today announced that R25, its leading event scheduling product for higher education, now communicates with the RoomWizard scheduling system from PolyVision, a Steelcase (NYSE:SCS) company. The integration will help colleges and universities improve communication by allowing R25-scheduled events to be displayed on the wall-mounted RoomWizard units outside meeting rooms, classrooms, and conference rooms.

The CollegeNET R25 system is used to manage the many tasks required to schedule meetings and events, including the recording of a customer’s initial inquiry and contact information; the booking of space, resources and services; the posting of event information to the Internet; and the generation and tracking of invoices. R25’s flexibility allows it to be used for virtually any type of event-large or small.
