“IDEAS MADE KNOWN” IS THEME DRIVING
POLYVISION’S NEW COMMERCIAL SERIES WHITEBOARDS
Product Line Combines High-Style Design With Trouble-Free Usability

Atlanta – (September 7, 2004) –
Aimed at changing the “face” of the industry’s whiteboard market, PolyVision Corporation, the worldwide leader in visual communication products, introduced its new Commercial Series product line that blends exceptional design with lasting performance.

“Standard whiteboards have looked identical for the last 30 years” said Mike Dunn, PolyVision president and CEO. “The industry’s sense of style has been nil. We felt it was time to put a new face on the market.

“We brought together world-class designers and turned them loose. The instructions were simple…great design, lots of options and products that support how people work. And, did they deliver,” added Dunn.

The Commercial Series offers a comprehensive line of writing, tack and projection surfaces intended to meet the needs of any user’s price point, size range and design aesthetic. All the boards come with PolyVision’s global-standard P3ceramicsteel™, the highest performing surface in the industry. Tackboards come with a variety of fabric choices supplied by an industry-leading fabric manufacturer.

“As businesses continue to move toward more collaborative work spaces, vertical surfaces will remain vital to facilitating efficient and productive meetings,” Dunn said. “It’s all about choice. With this in mind, PolyVision continues its drive to provide tools that make a difference, meet the demands of the design community and thrill its customers.”

Product lines included in the Commercial Series:

  • Senti™ Series – Rounded metal corners with softer aesthetics and smaller sizes provide options for more intimate settings.
  • Edge™ Series – Size flexibility and unobtrusive design make metal-trimmed boards more suitable for project rooms and individual offices.
  • Access™ Series – Highest metal-trim aesthetics provide compatibility for both technology and non-technology environments.
  • Mistic™ Series – Boards with a high-end look and feel, available in metal, wood or a combination, are suitable for exclusive spaces like board rooms and conference rooms.
  • Session™ Series – Range of wood trim finishes support economical and high-end environments within any commercial setting.
  • Denska™ Series – Combination of premium wood and metal accents provides an explicit, high-end design aesthetic suitable for collaborative environments.
  • FreeFlow™ Series – Integrated, sliding-track system of writing, tack and projection surfaces with multiple levels of configuration that provides an unmatched level of mobility.
  • Echo™ Series – Sleek projection screen that can be mounted on any wall or ceiling, providing crystal clarity encased in style.
