POLYVISION WINS TWO AWARDS AT THE BEST OF NEOCON 2005 COMPETITION

PolyVision’s Walk-and-Talk™ Interactive Panel and Cordless Lectern
and Commercial Series Marker and Tack Boards Win Best of NeoCon Awards.

Chicago, IL (June 22, 2005) – PolyVision, the world leader in visual communication and a Steelcase Company (NYSE: SCS), recently won Best of NeoCon 2005 awards for their Walk-and-Talk interactive panel and cordless lectern and their commercial series line of marker and tack boards. PolyVision received a total of two Best of NeoCon 2005 awards, taking home a silver award for the interactive panel and cordless lectern and an Editors’ Choice award for the commercial series line of marker and tack boards.

“Receiving the Best of NeoCon awards again is a genuine honor and puts us in great company with the other Steelcase Design Partner winners,” said Mike Dunn, President and CEO of PolyVision. “The awards also further confirm our commitment to creating products that are very easy to use, support existing work practices, and inspire future use.”

Silver Award Winner - PolyVision’s Walk-and-Talk interactive panel and cordless lectern gives presenters working in any size room or auditorium the freedom of complete mobility.  No matter what your presentation style is, you can move the height-adjustable lectern easily within the room, adjusting where necessary to always keep your audience engaged.  Use the remote or stylus to create, collaborate, and capture ideas instantly.

Editors’ Choice - PolyVision’s commercial series line of marker and tack boards offers the broadest range of finishes that are designed to match the aesthetics of any environment. With finishes ranging from metal to wood and every combination in between, you never have to choose function over form. Each markerboard is constructed with the patented P 3ceramicsteel surface that has a lifetime warranty and will never ghost, stain or scratch.

The Best of NeoCon 2005 awards are sponsored by Contract magazine, the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc. (MMPI) and the McMorrow Report.  The competition recognizes the top new products displayed at NeoCon and received 310 product entries this year.  The Walk-and-Talk TM Interactive Panel and Cordless Lectern and the Commercial Series Line of Marker and Tack Boards will continue to be on display at the merchandise mart in Chicago for the next six months.
