Power Transformers
Code generally requires that power transformers are accessible and therefore should not be placed inside walls. A power supply holder is available which accommodates the power transformer and provides a
means to attach it to various surfaces in installations where the power transformer is exposed. It is visually compatible with RoomWizard,
and can be attached to various surfaces.
Power Transformers in Ceiling Plenums
Some local authorities may not allow power transformers in ceiling plenums.
If in doubt, please check with your local authority.

Wiring and Cabling Inside Wall
Some local authorities may not allow power to be distributed inside a wall without an electrical conduit. If in doubt, please check with your local authority.
Wiring and Cabling Outside Wall
Use the Wire Management Kit (DTPWA01) to appropriately manage
the power transformer, low voltage power cord and data cable when
they need to run along the wall as opposed to inside the wall.
In a case where power and data must be distributed from the ceiling and the power and data cables need to run along the wall as opposed to inside the wall use a commercially available cable manager with a thickness not exceeding 1"/25mm.
