PolyVision Maintenance and Premium Support Package

Protect your investment with PolyVision’s Maintenance and Premium Support plans. PolyVision Technical Support has been designed to offer superior support and continuation of product services for all current PolyVision product offerings. Our maintenance plans have been created to offer our customers immediate access to technical product support and product releases.

PolyVision automatically provides 90 days of free support with the purchase of any product. In addition to the standard product warranty, this free support program provides a warranty for all defects in material, workmanship, software, and installation issues. We offer free phone, email and FAX support to all customers for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

In addition to the standard 90 day free support program, customers may choose from two custom support packages (Gold and Platinum). The PolyServ Gold package offers you continued product support and upgrades past the initial 90 day support period. The PolyServ Platinum package provides a higher level of rapid response and resolution with advanced technical assistance to help give customers expedited product support.
