- Touch-screen displays mounted outside of meeting rooms provide scheduling and reservation information—including times, topics, meeting hosts and more. Colored lights on the sides of a screen signal a space’s availability—an at-a-glance indicator perfect for finding an impromptu meeting space or avoiding interrupting someone else’s meeting.
- Reporting functionality captures room occupancy and reservation patterns, providing insight into how shared spaces are being utilized—and making it easier to predict meeting space needs if you remodel or move.
- Schedule space from anywhere you have an internet connection with the web-based system. Common scheduling systems such as Microsoft® Outlook® and Lotus Notes® can be easily integrated for use with RoomWizard.
